A: An interlocking mat made of three layers of 2” x 8” lumber with a base layer of (11) 14’ boards, a core of (21) 8’ boards, and a top layer of (11) 14’ boards. The base layer has three fingers that interlock with gaps, creating an interlocking boardwalk.



A: Creating temporary roadways in order to build, inspect, or repair in areas typically inaccessible due to weather or environmental conditions. From these ‘boardwalks,’ equipment and workers can access and perform their work efficiently and safely.



A: 50 to 56 mats, with 50 being a good number to budget your project with.



A: Yes – we manufacture mats and provide delivered prices to your laydown or rack yard. We can supply access mat installation, removal and washing as well.



A: We provide some internal trucking capacity and subcontract with trusted partners who give flat rates based on backhauls.



A: Douglas fir represents the best of both worlds - dense and durable yet lighter and easier to source than oak. It has great weather resistant properties and is sourced in BC.
